Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Gulf Coast Fan and Light, INC has a return policy of 30 days from date of product received.  Product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.  Any product being returned after 30 days is subject to a restocking fee of 15%.  Refunds will be issued within 14 days of returned item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds for material returned via mail, will be issued 48 hours upon arrival. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned item. 

*Using a trackable service such as Fedex/UPS is preferred.

Clearance Fans

Fans sold as Clearance are non-refundable.  Exchanges are by case basis.
